Vendor Tables for the 2026 Dallas Pen Show are NOW OPEN!
The Dallas Pen Show is now being held in the Grand Ballroom, the Gallery and the Cypress rooms of the Doubletree Hilton Galleria.
Table prices are shown below for each space. When making your request, please let us know your first and second choice.
Tables will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Once you are assigned a table(s), you will be invoiced and payment will need to be made within 48 hours.

PLEASE NOTE:
Vendors will be given two name badges per table.
You must use the current year’s badge and not previous year’s badges.
Vendors are only permitted to sell pens and pen-related/stationary items.
