What to Expect at the Dallas Pen Show
The Dallas Pen Show is truly one of a kind, and we will never be able to capture the true likeliness of it with words and images. At the show, there are multiple rooms full of tables and tables of exquisite pens, writing instruments, memorabilia, and more! It is also a great place to meet fellow collectors and create lasting friendships and connections with vendors and attendees alike.
With that being said, we highly encourage you to attend and see for yourself! There is nothing quite like the Dallas Pen Show!
Vintage Pen Repairs
An experienced pen repairer will be on site to restore many vintage fountain pens and get them writing smoothly again. A nibmeister will also be present to smooth, straighten, adjust and regrind nibs. Repair and nib adjustment fees vary by job.
Silent Auctions
A wide variety of fountain pens, ballpoints, pencils, and other pen-related items will be available in our silent auction. Bids may range from just a few dollars to several hundred, with both high-quality pieces and great bargains often included.
Knowledgeable Collectors
Show vendors and club members will be on hand to answer questions about your vintage fountain pens and to discuss their history, design, and approximate value, and more. Collectors will often help you answer any questions they can!

The Dallas Pen Show is hosted at the Doubletree Dallas Galleria Hotel.

The Doubletree Hotel is located on I-635, near the Galleria shopping mall, one of Dallas’ finest and close to many fine restaurants. It is easily accessible from DFW airport, Dallas Love Field, and major highways. Outside of the Dallas Pen Show, the area offers something for everyone — shopping, amazing food, museums, and even the State Fair. You won't want to miss this show, folks!

The Dallas Pen Show is presented by Dallas Pen Collectors.
The purpose of the Dallas Pen Collectors group is to celebrate the pens we find, buy or use, and enjoy others’ interest in pens. We encourage the use and appreciation of fountain pens, other writing instruments and related ephemera. Informing members and the public on the history, manufacture, use, repair or sales of fountain pens or other writing instruments is a large part of who we are. We also take pride in conducting shows or other events where writing instruments may be displayed, traded, bought or sold by collectors or dealers.
